1. Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

  • Condition of Items: To receive a full refund, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished by unnecessary handling.

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, any items supplied must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If you receive an item that does not meet these standards, you are entitled to the following remedies:

  • Short-Term Right to Reject (Up to 30 Days): If your goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery, you have a legal right to reject them and claim a full refund. This right expires 30 days after you receive the goods.

  • After 30 Days: If a fault develops after the initial 30 days, you are entitled to a repair or replacement. If the repair or replacement is unsuccessful, you may then request a partial or full refund.

3. Refund Timeline and Cost

  • Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item, or you provide proof of postage showing the item has been sent back, we will process your refund within 14 days.

  • What is Refunded: We will refund the full price paid for the item, including the cost of standard delivery (if applicable). Please note that if you selected an enhanced, premium, or express delivery option, we are only legally required to refund the cost of our standard delivery favour.

  • Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error, you will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us. We highly recommend using a tracked postal service, as the items remain your responsibility until they are safely received at our facility.

Please Note: Bespoke, custom-made, or altered garments tailored specifically to your measurements are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period and cannot be returned unless they are faulty or fundamentally misdescribed.
