1. Order Processing Timeline
All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays). You will receive a formal confirmation email containing your tracking information as soon as your parcel leaves our facility.
2. Delivery Methods, Timelines, and Fees
We offer the following premium delivery options for the United Kingdom Mainland:

3. Statutory Delivery Deadline
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, unless a specific bespoke tailoring timeframe or pre-order arrangement has been agreed upon, all goods ordered from caviezelclothiers.store must be delivered to you within a maximum period of 30 days from the day after the contract is formed. If your order does not arrive within this 30-day legal limit, you hold the statutory right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund.
4. Transfer of Risk and Responsibility
Under UK consumer legislation, the physical risk of loss or damage to the garments remains entirely with Caviezel Clothiers during transit. Responsibility and ownership only transfer to you once the package is successfully delivered into your physical possession, or into the possession of a third party explicitly authorised by you to accept the delivery.
5. Damaged or Lost Transits
In the rare event that your luxury parcel arrives with visible external damage or signs of tampering, please report this to the courier driver immediately and contact our dedicated client concierge at help@caviezelclothiers.store. If an item is officially confirmed lost in transit or arrives faulty, we will swiftly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund in your favour.
Bespoke and International Deliveries: Deliveries outside the United Kingdom Mainland may be subject to local customs clearings, import duties, and taxes. These external charges are the sole responsibility of the importing client.
